PFI Variations Manager

A PFI Variations Manager is required south of Birmingham to take commercial responsibility for variation works across a built-asset estate.

This permanent, hybrid role will manage variations ranging from smaller changes through to high-value projects and would particularly suit someone with a quantity surveying background.

To be successful as the PFI Variations Manager, you'll have:

Experience working with built assets rather than solely transport infrastructure. Commercial experience relevant to managing variation works. A quantity surveying background would be advantageous.
