About the Role

Our client is searching for an energetic and strategic Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager to drive growth and identify new opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, based in Bristol . You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners, identifying potential collaborations, licensing opportunities, and market expansion strategies. This hybrid role involves significant client interaction and travel alongside strategic planning and analysis, playing a pivotal role in the company's commercial success and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements and contracts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape and drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
