Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment, such as mixers, tablet presses, and packaging lines, according to SOPs.
• Perform routine in-process checks and record data accurately to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any operational problems to the shift supervisor.
• Assist with material handling, dispensing, and packaging of finished products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, ideally within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good understanding of health and safety principles in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, including occasional overtime as required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to record data clearly.
