About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform tasks such as weighing, dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Conduct in-process checks and record production data accurately in batch records and system logs.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Familiarity with GMP and understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to complete written records.
