About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and hands-on Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join their manufacturing team in Portsmouth . In this vital role, you will operate and maintain sophisticated machinery involved in the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will play a key part in ensuring efficient production runs, maintaining product integrity, and upholding the highest safety standards within the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production equipment, including reactors, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and packaging lines.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency.
• Perform in-process checks and minor maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records and deviation reports.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and environmental policies within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for operating machinery and monitoring processes.
• Willingness to work in a regulated environment adhering to strict quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production setting located in Portsmouth .
