About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join their team in Bradford . This role is essential for overseeing a portfolio of projects, from early-stage development through to commercial launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for pharmaceutical development projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders, and ensure clear communication channels.
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements , quality standards, and internal company policies.
• Manage external vendor relationships and contracts as required for project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, drug discovery, and regulatory pathways.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
