Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Manage the deviation and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) systems.
• Oversee the validation of processes, equipment, and analytical methods.
• Train personnel on quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements specific to Newcastle upon Tyne operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory affairs.
• Proven experience in auditing, risk management, and QMS implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
