Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy in Bridgwater.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a permanent full-time role with a varied rota, strong benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient and customer care
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
- Support and develop the pharmacy team
- Maintain high professional and clinical standards
- Help achieve pharmacy performance and business targets
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance
- Demonstrate strong leadership within a busy pharmacy environment
About You
- Fully qualified and GPhC registered
- Community pharmacy experience
- Accredited to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
- Strong patient and customer focus
- Commercially aware and target driven
- Confident working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Working Pattern
44 hours per week across a two-week rota:
- Week 1
- Monday: 09:00 - 21:00
- Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00
- Thursday: 09:00 - 21:00
- Saturday: 09:00 - 21:00
