Your responsibilities are likely to include:
- Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
- Undertaking planning research and policy reviews
- Assisting with planning statements, reports and other project documentation
- Monitoring planning applications and liaising with local authorities
- Supporting senior members of the team across a variety of projects
- Communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with relevant planning policy and legislation
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A degree in Planning, Geography, Urban Planning or a related discipline
- Either graduate-level experience or up to 2 years' relevant planning experience
- A genuine interest in developing a career within planning
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
What's on offer?
- Salary of up to £32,000, with flexibility depending on experience
- 4 days per week in the central London office (fridays working from home)
- The opportunity to work alongside experienced planning professionals
- Exposure to a varied portfolio of projects
- Excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression
