Planning Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE)
Location: Birmingham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Solicitor to join a highly regarded and rapidly growing Planning and Environment team. This established, multi-disciplinary group comprises planning lawyers, environmental lawyers, advocates and planning consultants, providing comprehensive advice across a wide range of development sectors nationwide.
Recognised for its expertise, commercial approach and collaborative culture, the team supports clients throughout the entire planning process, from project inception through to delivery, helping secure the best possible outcomes.
Due to continued growth in instructions and an expanding client base, the team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to support its national practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 0-4 years' post-qualification experience to work on a broad range of planning matters and gain exposure to high-profile development projects across multiple sectors.
You will work closely with experienced planning professionals and be involved in:
- Drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements
- Planning inquiries and hearings
The successful xehkeey candidate will ideally have:
- Between NQ and 4 years' PQE in planning law
