Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a private sector contractor in Preston, who are looking for a Plasterer to work on social housing stock. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:

Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Maintaining van stock Ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes#

Essential criteria includes:

Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS Full UK Driving License Basic secondary skills in other trades are advantageous
