Platform BI Engineer: Azure Databricks & Data Products

Neilson Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Staff Full-Stack BI Engineer to design and own data products across revenue and operations. You will lead the shift to a cloud-native lakehouse on Azure Databricks, set Python-first standards, and ensure scalable, governed BI solutions with Power BI.

You'll collaborate with Data, Analytics & BI teams and regional stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive KPI rationalisation, security, and cross-domain impact in a hybrid Windsor-based role.
