• Position: Plumber Multi-Trader

• Location: Bromley and surrounding areas

• Sector: Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance

• Van and fuel card provided

Requirements

• must have Level 2 or NVQ in plumbing

• Experience in social housing maintenance and repairs

• Ability to carry out plumbing and general multi-trade repairs

• Full UK driving licence

• clean DBS

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.

• Diagnosing faults and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and other plumbing fixtures.

• Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs.

• Undertaking general multi-trade repairs and maintenance as required.

• Working in occupied properties and maintaining good communication with residents.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
