Plumber - Social Housing (North/East OR West London)

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for Social Housing maintenance contracts across London.

Average earnings between - £1,000 -£1,200 per week

📍 Locations Available:

• 2 x Plumbers - North/East London

• 1 x Plumber - West London

🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am - 5:00pm

• 40-hour week (1-hour lunch) or 42.5-hour week (30-minute lunch)

Duties Include:

• Tap repairs and replacements

• Leak detection and repairs

• Shower installations and repairs

• Shower pump maintenance

• General plumbing maintenance within occupied social housing properties

• Part P related duties and basic electrical work associated with plumbing and heating systems

Important: Part P experience is highly desirable. A formal Part P qualification is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be willing and able to carry out Part P-related works as part of the role.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing

• Right to work in the UK

• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points accepted

• Own tools

• Part P Qualification (preferred but not essential)
