PMO Director: Delivery Excellence & Governance

Converge UK is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to establish and lead a high‑performing PMO across our Technology & Services function. Hybrid work from Converge HQ, Stafford, and close collaboration with the Managed Services team.

You’ll shape governance, delivery standards, and portfolio reporting while coaching a team of PMOs and Project Managers. The role requires a track record in IT/Technology Services PMOs, strong budget and risk management, and certifications such as PRINCE2/MSP/Agile.
