Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer electrical power systems, including substations, distribution networks, and protection schemes.
• Perform load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, and transient stability studies using specialized software.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating renewable energy sources into the existing power grid.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant national and international power system standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, field engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to power system operation and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in the analysis and design of electrical power systems.
• Proficiency with power system analysis software such as ETAP, PSS/E, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of grid codes , protection relays, and switchgear.
• Experience with renewable energy integration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively on complex projects.
