About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage precision agriculture technologies, including GPS systems, VRT applicators, and sensors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret farm data from various sources (e.g., yield monitors, soil sensors, drone imagery).
- Develop data-driven recommendations for optimized planting, fertilization, and pest management strategies.
- Provide training and technical support to farmers and farm staff on the use of precision agriculture tools and software.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agricultural technology and identify opportunities for implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to precision agriculture equipment and software.
Requirements
- Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technological field.
- Proven experience with precision agriculture technologies and data management.
- Proficiency in GIS software, data analysis tools, and agricultural management software.
- Strong understanding of crop production, soil science, and farm operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
