Preconstruction M&E Manager for Film Studio

Skyward Select Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a freelance Building Services Manager to lead the preconstruction M&E design tasks for a major film studio project in Borehamwood.

You will coordinate the design team, consultants, and M&E contractors, manage RFRs, review drawings and prepare packages to move into construction, with an ASAP start on a 2–3 month initial contract.
