Promotional & Clearance Strategy

Manage and oversee the promotional and clearance calendar in partnership with key commercial stakeholders. Analyse promotional performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, and stock sell-through. Influence pricing and promotional decisions through data-driven insights and commercial analysis. Develop regional clearance strategies that balance inventory objectives with margin targets and wider business goals. Evaluate discounting approaches and recommend improvements to pricing and promotional methodologies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build strong working relationships across Merchandising, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Site Trading, and Technology teams. Act as the pricing subject matter expert, influencing key business decisions and driving commercial outcomes. Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for pricing-led business improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop a small pricing team, fostering a high-performance culture. Define team priorities, implement best practices, and support ongoing professional development.
