Primary Care Operations Lead - Rural Practice

Hilary Cottage Surgery in Fairford is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of up to 8 receptionists and a 6-person admin/secretarial team, coordinating patient registrations, bookings and online access. You will also oversee complaints and significant events processes and support patient feedback initiatives.

The role involves working 30 to 36 hours across five days, with training provided to help you adapt to the practice’s systems and procedures.
