Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils, using this information to inform future teaching.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and whole-school activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching within the primary education sector.
• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for primary schools.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
