Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring progression and achievement for all pupils.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils, using this information to inform future teaching.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes good behaviour and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the welfare and educational needs of pupils.
• Participate in school development planning and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within the primary age range (key stages 1 and 2).
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding children.
