Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects in line with the Curriculum for Excellence .
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
• Create a stimulating and secure classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages positive behaviour.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil welfare and educational outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting , preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures relevant to the education sector.
