Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all pupils meet their learning objectives.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils regularly.
- Create a stimulating and secure classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support individual pupil needs and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching within the primary education sector, preferably within the UK.
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
