Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lesson plans across the primary curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil well-being and academic achievement.
• Promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of every child in your care.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching within the primary education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
