We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary Schools across East London, including Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest. The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping pupils remain engaged and make progress with their learning
• Supporting children with varying academic, behavioural and additional learning needs
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment We're Looking For:
• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
