Primary Supply Teachers Wanted for Local Village Schools

APT Education is currently recruiting passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work within a number of welcoming village primary schools across the Towcester and Brackley area, including schools in and around Croughton, Silverstone, Brackley, Towcester and surrounding Northamptonshire villages.

These schools are known for their strong community spirit, supportive staff teams and friendly learning environments, making them ideal placements for teachers who enjoy building positive relationships and becoming part of a close-knit school community.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments

• Follow school policies and procedures

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

• Support pupils to reach their full potential

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within Primary Schools

• Strong classroom management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• A flexible and professional approach

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

ECTs and experienced teachers are equally encouraged to apply.
