Key Responsibilities

Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different pupils and year groups. Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour management expectations. Support pupils' progress, learning and development. Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching in a primary school. Confident classroom and behaviour management skills. Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. A reliable, flexible and adaptable approach. Ability to teach across different primary year groups. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Assignment Details Location: Northampton and surrounding areas. Typical hours: 8:30am-3:30pm. Opportunities: Daily supply and longer-term placements. Availability: Flexible, depending on school requirements. Suitable for: Experienced teachers and teachers returning to the classroom.
