Key Responsibilities

Lead the design strategy and conceptual development for major architectural projects.
Provide expert technical guidance and quality assurance throughout the design and construction phases.
Mentor and manage teams of architects and designers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Engage with clients, developers, and regulatory bodies to champion design vision and secure project approvals.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and urban design.
Oversee the technical execution of designs, ensuring compliance and constructability.

Requirements

A recognised professional qualification in Architecture (e.g., RSUA, RIBA, AIA).
Extensive experience at a principal or director level, with a substantial portfolio of complex and large-scale projects.
Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams.
Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction technologies, and sustainability practices.
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects within budget and programme.
