Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for major architectural projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
- Professional qualification as an Architect (ARB/RIBA or international equivalent) with extensive experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, high-profile architectural projects.
- Exceptional understanding of architectural design, construction technology, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in advanced BIM software and digital design tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
