Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Define architectural standards and best practices for backend development across the organization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical roadmaps.

Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in one or more backend languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
