Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and strategic guidance for large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Manage project finances, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Act as a key representative for the company, liaising with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant advanced degree.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a minimum of 10 years of post-charter experience.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering significant infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced design principles, software, and construction methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UK planning, environmental, and health & safety legislation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
