In this senior role, you will lead client engagements focused on optimizing business processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and driving operational performance improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale operational improvement projects for diverse clients.
• Develop and implement advanced strategies for process optimization, lean methodologies, and supply chain management.
• Conduct thorough operational diagnostics and performance analyses to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
• Design and oversee the execution of operational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the operations practice.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in operations consulting, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship-building capabilities.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
