Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and consultancy on all aspects of power system engineering , including design, analysis, and optimization.
• Develop and implement advanced methodologies for power system stability, fault analysis, and protection coordination.
• Lead the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and large-scale power projects from inception to completion.
• Mentor and guide a team of power systems engineers, fostering technical development and innovation.
• Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and client meetings, establishing credibility and thought leadership.
• Conduct research and development into emerging power technologies and their potential applications.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in the analysis and design of complex electrical power systems.
• Deep knowledge of power system modeling, simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory), and load flow analysis.
• Expertise in protection systems , grid integration, and renewable energy connection studies.
• Proven track record of leading significant engineering projects and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
