Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for electrical engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
• Lead the design and development of highly complex electrical systems, from conceptualization through to production release.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate to enhance product performance and innovation.
• Act as a key technical liaison with external partners, vendors, and customers on critical electrical engineering matters.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of robust testing strategies and validation processes for intricate electrical designs.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related highly technical field.
• 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in electrical system design, architecture, and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as high-frequency circuits, power management, signal integrity, or embedded systems design.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects to successful completion.
• Strong publication record or patent history in relevant fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across the organization.
