We are working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in Central London who are looking to appoint a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and looking to take on greater responsibility across projects, clients and the wider team.

The role

Managing and delivering a range of geotechnical projects from investigation through to design Providing technical input and advice across a variety of building and infrastructure projects Undertaking and reviewing geotechnical analysis and design Preparing technical reports, specifications and fee proposals Liaising with clients, contractors and other consultants Managing project budgets, programmes and deliverables Supporting business development and developing existing client relationships Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team Taking a lead role within the geotechnical team, with a clear pathway to AssociateAbout you:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or a related discipline Strong experience within a geotechnical consultancy environment Chartered or working towards Chartership Strong technical knowledge across ground investigation, foundations and geotechnical design Confident managing projects and communicating with clients Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers would be beneficialThis is an excellent opportunity for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer who is ready to take the next step, with genuine progression towards Associate and the opportunity to play a key role in the
