About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and influential Principal Industrial Engineer to lead key initiatives in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing complex manufacturing and operational processes.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a significant portion in senior or lead roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), simulation, and operations research.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in a hybrid work model, driving results across distributed teams.
