Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of long-term operational strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the industrial engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to the advancement of industrial engineering practices.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related advanced technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
• Deep expertise in advanced simulation modeling , statistical analysis, supply chain optimization, and digital manufacturing concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving acumen, and influential communication skills.
