Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of major industrial engineering initiatives, focusing on long-term efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement advanced operations management systems and methodologies, including lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics.
• Mentor and guide a team of industrial engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Analyse operational data to identify strategic opportunities for process redesign, automation, and technological integration.
• Oversee the implementation of new plant layouts, equipment, and production lines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic direction and capital investment decisions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal capacity.
• Expertise in operations research , supply chain optimisation, and advanced statistical analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale process improvement projects and managing teams.
• Proficiency in simulation software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
