Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy, aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of industrial and process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Oversee the design and execution of large-scale process improvement projects, leveraging advanced analytical techniques.
• Identify and champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, such as Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, and AI in operations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks across the organisation.
• Conduct strategic reviews of operational performance, identifying opportunities for significant cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in industrial engineering , with a significant portion in a principal or senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale operational transformation programs.
• Expert-level knowledge and application of Lean, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
