Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic direction for industrial engineering and process optimisation across the company.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a substantial portion in a senior or principal capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing complex operational improvement strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with advanced modelling, simulation, and data analysis techniques.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at the executive level in Cambridge .
