Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and development activities for novel mechanical systems and technologies, from ideation to prototype development.
• Define technical roadmaps and strategic direction for R&D projects .
• Design, build, and test advanced mechanical prototypes, ensuring feasibility and performance.
• Conduct in-depth theoretical analysis, simulation, and experimental validation to support new product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and materials science, to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and R&D , with a proven track record of innovation.
• Expertise in advanced mechanical design principles, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAE tools and experimental techniques.
• Strong understanding of physics and engineering principles relevant to cutting-edge technology development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creativity, and strategic thinking, demonstrated in an on-site R&D setting .
