Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and technical development of novel mechanical systems and technologies within the R&D department.
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis , including complex FEA, CFD, and multi-physics simulations, to solve challenging design problems.
- Define research objectives, experimental methodologies, and validation strategies for new concepts.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with strategic partners, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders to advance research projects.
- Author technical reports, patents, and publications, representing the company's innovative work in mechanical engineering .
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Research & Development , with a strong focus on innovative mechanical design and analysis.
- Expertise in advanced simulation techniques and CAD/CAE tools .
- Proven track record of delivering complex R&D projects from concept to prototype or proof-of-concept.
- Deep understanding of materials science, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
