Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for major mechanical engineering projects.

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on design and innovation.
- Demonstrated track record of leading highly complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in advanced simulation, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and finite element analysis (FEA).
- Deep understanding of various manufacturing techniques and material properties at an expert level.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
