Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for major mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement advanced design methodologies and best practices across the engineering department.
- Oversee complex FEA analysis and performance simulations, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, R&D, and product management to define technical roadmaps and innovation strategies.
- Mentor and guide a team of mechanical engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical development.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance design capabilities and product performance.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in advanced mechanical design, R&D, and product development, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) , finite element analysis (FEA), and advanced materials.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects and leading engineering teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of international engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
