About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for key mechanical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of novel mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Mentor and guide a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and operations, to achieve integrated project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during design, development, or production phases.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and system integration.
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in advanced mechanical design principles , simulation tools, and modern manufacturing techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to champion new ideas and drive innovation within the engineering department.
