Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert on complex mechanical engineering projects, providing deep insights and solutions.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 12+ years of extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on design, analysis, and problem-solving at a principal level.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced mechanical design techniques , material science, and failure analysis.
- Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling tools (e.g., Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics).
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and make critical design decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
