The council is looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to manage a caseload of mainly major residential schemes. Role Specific

• Fully remote
• 37 hours per week
• Hourly rate - approx. £55-60per hour
• Local Authority experience.
• Have Full Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £60ph
