Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment, with a strong specialization in the Finance sector.
• Demonstrable success in business development, client management, and leading recruitment teams.
• Deep understanding of financial roles, qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA), and the talent landscape.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
