Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior finance roles, including ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified professionals, and forensic accountants.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key financial decision-makers and hiring managers across the South West region.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and candidate mapping to identify top-tier finance talent.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and leverage extensive networks to attract passive candidates.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise within the finance team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with a proven specialization in finance recruitment , preferably in a retained or executive search capacity.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, accounting standards, and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional business acumen, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to conduct sophisticated market research and candidate sourcing.
